About the Role

SEE Group have a great career opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join the SEE Civil Team on our exciting infrastructure project based in Casuarina in Northern NSW. This is a diverse and fast-paced role where you will be responsible for finance and other administration duties to support the project team. This position will be full time reporting to the Project Administration Manager. We are ideally looking for someone who resides around the Gold Coast region and is willing to travel up to approximately 1 hour to other project locations in the future. 

Responsibilities will include
  • Complete project accruals at EOM or on request.
  • Assist Project Manager in preparing financial reports by ensuring all costs and accruals are accounted for.
  • Raising of Purchase Orders from Purchase Order Requisitions.
  • Coding and Receipting of Invoices / Dockets within Viewpoint.
  • Maintaining files and records.
  • Complete and Follow Up on Mobilisation Checklist Documents for Subcontractors.
  • Online Ordering.
  • Validation of supplier invoices and subcontractor claims.
  • Allocation of Phase Codes to Internal Plant Monitoring System on a daily basis.
  • Maintain Project Registers including Plant, Subcontractor and correspondence.
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs effectively.
  • Close out Completed Purchase Orders.
  • Entry of daily costs into company cost tracking system.
  • Provide support to Project Managers and Engineers where required.
  • Maintains employees' relevant details, timesheets, annual leave forms and register.
  • Other ad hoc administration duties relating to the operation of the project may be required.
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Previous experience as a Project / Site Administrator working within a construction environment.
  • Experience with Procurement.  
  • First class communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with conflicting priorities.
  • Experience with Viewpoint accounting software or similar.
