The Role
 
Become an integral part of our team by providing high level support to the Community Manager within a fast paced and fast-growing community of over 50’s homeowners.
 
Your exceptional inter-personal skills will be crucial in this dynamic and varied role where every day is different.
 
You’re proven capabilities in delivering excellence across customer support and utilising advanced problem solving will be pivotal to your ongoing success.

Your Responsibilities
 
  • Provide strong administrative support to the Community Manager and Project Director.
  • Assisting Community Manager with homeowners’ queries and concerns.
  • Building positive relationships with homeowners
  • Ensure all paperwork, documentation, emails and phone calls are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Assisting with the day to day running of the community as requested by the Community Manager
  • Undertake all community administrative requirements and assist with the cohesion between the Sales and Housing teams and Management.
  • Complete daily, monthly tasks for the Finance team
  • Actively participate in home owner functions
  • Preparation of paperwork to all new home owners settling into homes
  • Ensuring all legislative and regulatory compliance, guidelines and policies are followed at all time
  • Attending meetings and take minutes as requested
  • Staying up to date with all software updates and training
  • Must have First Aid and CPR current certification (provided)

 
To be successful you must have:
 
  • Tertiary qualification/s in business management, community services or equivalent is desirable
  • Knowledge of legislative requirements, processes, statutory and regulatory frameworks relating to all aspects of manufactured/residential homes will be highly regarded
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to drive positive outcomes
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and advanced knowledge/application across the Microsoft Office suite.
