About the role;
To provide technical advice, predominantly on the phone to technicians, subcontractors and end users. To provide exceptional customer service skills as your day will be spent assisting customers and resolving their technical enquiries. You will be 'the expert' in all equipment and prepare and deliver training on equipment.
What you'll need to be successful;
· Experience working with appliances and proven technical knowledge or engineering qualification is preferable.
· High level customer service skills
· Ability to solve complex problems
· Excellent computer literacy
· Outstanding communication and listening skills
· Friendly and polite disposition and willingness to help both customers and the business
· Previous experience delivering technical training would be an advantage
